Ballroom Dance club had a special guest come in to teach the DC Bop, a type of swing dance also known as Slow Hand Dancing on Friday, April 26. The instructor, Ray Morton, is part of the 7 Step Hand Dance Academy located in Capitol Heights, Maryland that promotes African-American dance. The activity aimed to teach students a new type of dance that they could show off in various other social events such as Prom and weddings.
